Its important to note that boudoir is (according to Merriam Webster's Dictionary), "A woman's bedroom or private room for dressing or resting." While this is a technical description of a place or sense of being, it is so much more than that.
Over the past 10 years or more Boudoir sessions for soon to be brides, already married women, married men have been a hot trend in Photography. In sessions such as these many photographers talk about bringing the sexy out of a person, even enhancing that outer beauty. Well, yes this is all true to some extent.
When you have a Boudoir Session created by Photo Phrame, we team up together to create an experience that goes beyond that feeling of being sexy, and looking sexy. For us, our sessions are there to help you bring out that person you always wanted to be inside. You know what we mean. That intimate soul that all human beings (ladies and men alike) have inside but suppress it. We as people hold those feelings back because of our busy daily schedule. Now we can show your significant other what it means to be you from the inside, out.
We creatively construct a session from scratch for you that says something about your personality, feelings, inner beauty and even deepest desires. On top of that, we talk about your wardrobe, colors, technical aspects about the nature of your unique session (such as decor, lighting..etc), and overall design and theme. We not only want you to be comfortable, but be encouraged knowing that when you see these images, that they will be amazing. They will be magic.
Finally and most importantly, we talk about how we photograph you with sincere class. Our photography has held up through the many years (not just boudoir) because we firmly believe in creating classy, and high end photography that will stand the test of time. In our sessions we talk about the "class" of our work, and how that mind set we have builds upon our creativity.
The art of boudoir has been around since the Renaissance age. Although many things have changed since, the class of this art form has not changed.
