Linda and Michaels Wedding Oct 8th, 2016- at the Century House, Latham, NY

To this day I can't remember how we met Linda and Michael, or even how they found us. Sometimes when I get the opportunity to meet and work with so many amazing couples throughout the year (especially during the busy season), the last thing I usually think about is how our photographic relationship ever started. I know what your thinking... it sounds so impersonal. But I can guarantee every  couple we photograph that is not how it begins or ends.... but the journey we take together.

So what I remember the most was the sincere love and passion Linda and Michael had for each other, their children and for life itself. I must have mentioned to anyone who was willing to listen that day that I knew, "They are going to be together forever."

Throughout the day and by the end of our evening, I just knew this couple was special. This is why I photograph weddings. Love comes in many forms and through many different paths in life; but when I watch a family live this sort of "love" with intensity, compassion and most importantly, longevity. It makes what I do all the more important. It memories like these we love to create.

Linda and Michael, you guys are one amazing family. My father and I were sincerely honored to be there for your entire family. Thank you to you all. Also a big thanks to Phil and his crew at the Century House for also making our jobs all the more enjoyable. A finally shout out goes to Mike Garrasi  from Music Man Entertainment for keeping the tunes flowing and keeping us tapping to the beat while we shoot. You're awesome my friend.

Linda and Michael... here is your teaser.

Melissa and John's Wedding, Sept 30th, 2016- Century House, Latham, NY

A few months back we had the pleasure of meeting (for the first time) and photographing Melissa  and John during their Engagement Session in Jersey. Based on our first meeting, I just knew we were in for a beautiful wedding with an epically dynamic couple that really shows the world why dedication, confidence and love are a few of the building blocks of a great marriage.

My father and I wanted to personally thank you Melissa and John for having us be apart of your wedding day. In our eyes, and from what we captured, we believe we created some of the most stunning images with a couple at the Century House! A huge thanks must go out to the Century House Crew, Dj Maestro, and of course the entire Carter and De La Nuez family!! We love you and we can't wait to show you the rest soon.  Here is your teaser...

Rachel and Ted Wedding, Sept 17th, 2016- Mohawk River Country Club, Rexford, NY

Nearly 2 weeks ago we captured one of the most fun filled weddings with tons of personality than we've experienced in a long while. The Mohawk River Country Club crew catered perfectly with amazing food, and DJ Eric from Cool Cats Entertainment kept the beat rocking.

As for Rachel and Ted, I have to say.... we couldn't have been more proud for these guys! Their crazy and fun attitudes just kept us going throughout the entire day!! And thats what my father and I loved about them. If we thought they were fun individually.... wait until you see them together. In fact, .... here they are right now!!

Love you guys Rachel and Ted... and of course your entire family!! Thank You so very much

Michelle and Kevin Wedding, September 10th, 2016- Shaker Ridge Country Club, Albany, NY

It was a beautiful day on September 10th. A little humid, a little windy, but a lot of love was in the air as we celebrated Michelle and Kevin's Wedding day at the Shaker Ridge Country Club in Albany, NY. A huge thank you to Michelle and Kevin for allowing us to capture your day. My father and I sincerely had a great time. We hope you will enjoy this teaser just as much as we enjoyed creating it.  Also a quick shout out to Scott Hemmings for Djing the night away. Great stuff!

All the Best, Enjoy!

Meghan and Mark Wedding, Sept. 4th 2016, Saratoga Race Track and Canfield Casino

So this wedding was actually pretty special for us. It was special because as photographers its important to get to know those that you are photographing and capturing. It was special because our couple came from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, quite a distance from our studio. For Months we spoke on the phone, emailed... texted...etc. It all worked out good.

Then when I finally got to meet Meghan and Mark for the first time in person (on their wedding day.) I knew we were in for something amazing and beautiful. Sometimes as photographers we may be unsure of how the day will progress not knowing the Bride and Groom's likes and dislikes before hand. Right way we realized his was going to be great. A First Look at the Saratoga Track, and then wedding at the Canfield Casino was just the ticket!

This was one Classy and Stunning wedding. Thank you Meghan and Mark.... much love to you both!! Enjoy

Your dynamic, adventurous and look stunning together!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to capture your day. Also thanks to Lee Waddell for DJing!! You rock my friend.

Jaycela and Nugman Wedding August 28th, 2016

Family. Love. These are the two words that best describe Jaycela's and Nugmans Wedding day.

It was clear to see to us as photographers how much Jaycela and Nugman sincerely love each other. But what was equally as beautiful was the love and respect they have for others around them. The care, love and respect they gave to everyone (including us) that day was amazing. These two lovely people who clearly come from different backgrounds, and cultural differences can make such life altering and stunning moments together. These two make a perfect example of how the world can (and should come together) with love, peace and hospitality.

For us as photographers, we too were treated as family which doesn't always happen at weddings. Sometimes "Vendors" are just that.... only "vendors."  Then there are times like this where vendors are treated as family, or one of their own, and that is how it was for us. So with that said we are internally grateful for everyone's kindness and generosity. We will never forget this day and can't wait to show you the rest of your wedding day!! Jaycela and Nugman, here is your wedding day!!

Christine and Ben's Wedding, August 20th, 2016- Christ the King Church- Proctors - Key Hall

Usually when I type up these blog teaser's I write a long "diary entry" sometimes. At least thats how it looks to me. But this time I will keep it short and sweet and let these amazing moments speak for themselves.  Why? Because I think Christine and Ben will really know how much we enjoyed having them with us by seeing what we made for them!! I know it!

A huge thanks goes out to all the "cast and crew" at Proctors and Key Hall.... you guys were great to work with. An even bigger thanks though goes out to Christine and Ben, and your entire family and friends (obviously including your sweet bridal party). Every single individual went the extra mile to really help us create and capture truly epic moments.

To Metro Music, Patrick.... Thank you for keeping things rolling and keeping your peeps on the dance floor. Awesome. Christine and Ben.... Enjoy!! If you love these.... your going to adore the rest.

Meghan and Will's Wedding, August 13th, 2016 - Revolution Hall, Troy, NY

Its like a really good recipe. A dash of humor, a sprinkle of beauty and a whole lot of love and you have Meghan and Will's Wedding described in one powerful sentence! Now that is a recipe for perfection, not to mention amazing moments created and captured!!

As a father and son photography team we always try to look for the extraordinary in the every wedding. In this one, we didn't have to look too hard. Meghan and Will have such a great connection as do their families that it was easy peasy lemon squeezie (Yes I said it) to bring out the best in everyone.

The Ceremony was at the stunning St. Pius X Church in Loudenville and the reception at the Industrial and fashionable Revolution Hall at Brown's Brewery in Troy N.Y. Great times thanks to all the staff at Rev Hall, Cool Cats Entertainment for DJing the night away (Thanks Nick). But of course a HUGE thank you to Meghan and Will, a couple I will love and remember forever! You made us a happy team of Photogs!!

Here is your teaser.

Miriam and Steve's Wedding Teaser August 6th, 2016

Here is a short personal story that ties into Miriam and Steve's Wedding. Real quick. When I was in my late teens to early twenties I was an amateur ballroom dancer as well as dance instructor. Those early years even up to these days now are filled with listening to pre and post WWII big band music, and hopefully living a life thats fulfilling and respectful. To me these are all the qualities of a generation long since past or fading into memory. So when I met Miriam and Steve and they told me they were having a "Retro" Wedding with amazing music (both oldies and new stuff), family oriented reception, unique food and laid back atmosphere, I wanted to beg to do their wedding. Luckily begging wasn't needed as we all felt keen on making this day extra special, and I was honored to be apart of it. And... simply put, as a guest you would experience something you just wouldn't normally experience at a "standard" wedding.

Miriam and Steve, you both made capturing and creating memories for you both a real treat for me (my father included). Watching you guys fall in love all over again, priceless.

As a side note, Kudos to you Miriam for leaping over into the back seat of that old car (in your amazing wedding gown) to get one amazing shot for us. Its not in this teaser, but it will be in your collection as it is one of my personal favorites that will be shown directly from me to you. Enjoy the teaser guys!!
